Introductory Latin (Ages 8-11)
This course is intended for students who want to have a basic foundation in Latin before junior/high school Latin (see below). In this course the focus will be on learning some basic Latin, including alphabet and pronunciation, vocabulary, and the paradigms, basic grammar (subject, verb, object), and translating simple sentences, etc. Text: Latin's Not So Tough! 3 & 4
Latin I (Ages 12-14)
This course is intended for junior high students. In this course, the first part of Wheelock's Latin text will be covered. Students will begin to do readings in Latin. Text: Wheelock's Latin by Wheelock Latin II (Ages 15-25+)
This course is intended for freshmen and senior high students. Readings from selected classics -- Cicero, Calvin's Institutes, and the Latin Vulgate | | Biblical Greek
